Step-by-Step Registration Instructions:

Initial Deposit Submission:

Secure your spot at the Empowered with Gina Retreat by submitting a *non-refundable $1,000 deposit. This deposit not only confirms your participation but also reserves your place on a first-come, first-served basis.

Receiving the Follow-Up Email:

After your deposit is received, watch for an important email from [email protected]. This will contain further instructions and details about the next steps in the registration process.

Waiver and Payment Structure:

The email will include a waiver that needs to be signed as part of your commitment to the retreat. It's essential for ensuring mutual understanding and agreement on the retreat's policies.
Additionally, this email will outline your payment options, which could include a flexible payment plan, paying 50% upfront, or paying in full. Our aim is to accommodate your financial needs in the best way possible.

Room and Bed Allocation:

Guaranteeing Your Preferred Spot:

We work diligently to ensure that the bed or spot you prefer, and for which you have paid the deposit, is reserved for you. Our goal is to meet your expectations for comfort and satisfaction.

First Come, First Served Basis:

Please note that room and bed allocations are based on a first-come, first-served principle. Your prompt deposit submission increases the likelihood of securing your preferred spot.

Adjustments and Refunds:

In the event we need to make adjustments to your room or bed allocation, we will seek your approval. If you are not comfortable with the final room setting confirmed to you, you can request a full refund of the deposit amount only*. This request must be made within 48 hours of receiving your final room confirmation details.

In consideration of Z.A. Holdings inviting guest (“Participant”) to the Empowered with Gina Retreat on May 1st-6th 2024 (“Retreat”) and accepting their reservation and payment for the Retreat, Participant agrees to release, forever discharge, and hold harmless Z.A. Holdings, Z.A. Ranch, Empowered with Gina, Gina Zapanta, and their employees, agents, instructors, independent contractors, and other representatives, and their heirs, successors, and assigns (“Released Parties”), from liability for any and all Claims (as defined immediately below) relating to or caused by Participant’s attendance at and participation in the Retreat and in any additional activities or excursions Participant may engage in during the Retreat, unless caused by the gross negligence or intentional wrongful act of Released Parties. The term “Claims” shall include any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, damages, rights of action, and causes of action, of whatever kind or nature, that may now or hereafter exist or arise, arising out of personal injuries, losses suffered, and damages of any kind (including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or any other damages), including those known and unknown, developed or undeveloped, and foreseen or unforeseen, relating to or caused by Participant’s participation in the Retreat. Participant agrees that this waiver and release shall be legally binding upon them personally and their family, estate, heirs, successors, and assigns. In addition, Participant acknowledges that aspects of operational control of the Retreat will be in the hands of the third party retreat vendors and that any cause of action in regard to its shortcomings would be against said vendors and not against Release Parties. In particular, Participant acknowledges that the Released Parties are not responsible for the safekeeping of Participant’s personal property while in transit to, from or during the Retreat, or for ensuring Participant’s safety from contracting COVID-19 during transit to and from the Retreat or during the durations of the Retreat. Participant understands that the Released Parties are not guaranteeing or promising any outcomes or results by Participant's involvement in the Retreat. All information provided by Released Parties is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered legal, medical or a type of professional advice or recommendation.

Deposits are Non-Refundable
